The winter/spring RYT-200 Training has been cancelled.

Trainings are moving to Zen Body Yoga & Wellness at 6024 South Yale in Tulsa, OK. For more information, email: linda@fullcircleyogatulsa.com . Thanks for your patience as we waited for the location change approval from OBPVS. We are an RYS200 school with Yoga Alliance and licensed by the State of Oklahoma.

This spring RYT200 Training has been cancelled.

We offer a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour yoga teacher training that will begin again March 3, 2017. Classes meet approximately one weekend per month for 9 months, for 20 hours each weekend (Fri., Sat., & Sun.). Our new location is at the Tandy Family YMCA in Tulsa. Interested? Sensory Meditation - Free Community Event

Come & explore how to use all 5 senses for meditation at your leisure. You can spend a few minutes or longer at any or all of our sensory stations. This is a "come & go" event from 1-3 pm, so come when you want, stay as long as you want.

Enjoy: taste, smell, touch, seeing, & hearing.

At 1:30 pm our special guest, Justin Rice, a native of Tulsa, will perform an electric guitar meditation. Using a myriad of special effects he constructs sonic clouds. Each improvisation is unique

At 2:30 pm we will offer a short yoga nidra for your pleasure.

 

No registration needed. We will provide mats for yoga nidra, or you are welcome to bring your own.
